The ONLY thing I care about in a sander is what can remove material faster. Compared to the 5 inch variable speed DeWalt for under $100, does the festool do anything more? Does it spin significantly faster or vibrate more?

I just got a Fulton miter gauge off Amazon for $84.00 and it beats the stock one that came with my Rockwell model 9 contractor saw hands down! To me $84 is a lot of money for something I'll only use a few times a year for projects around the house. I'd have to be a professional woodworker before I'd even consider spending that kind of money for a gauge of these that you're showing.

The hemlock one looks like either birch or a rustic hickory?🤷🏼I think it depends on the weight to be honest, hickory is heavy as heck and the birch will be lighter.😊👍

I use a mix of carbide and traditional tools whatever works for you.

I think if you are going to build tech accessories, you should employ technology and use a Shaper for cutting them out. Just my 2 cents.

Hello Mark. I was just wandering about your super juice formula. Would this work on pine floorboards. I have applied Pre-Conditioner before staining my floor. This supposed to help to spread stain more evenly, unfortunately some places still appeared blotchy. I was thinking about re-sanding those places and applying your formula to achieve beautiful consistent colour of the stain. Anybody tried this on floorboards?

Hello Marc, I like your videos. But I'm wondering why you sand a piece of outdoor furniture while there are products that remove the stain and grey aspect (mushroom) from the wood without effort. I spray sodium percarbonate diluted in water on the furniture and wait about 15-20 minutes. then I use the pressure washer and all the crap disappears. I'd like to share photos and a video with you and with your audience. Thanks for your wonderful contrent.

Where is the box in 2024?

Way to orange color for my taste. Not brown at all. Looks like a bright orange (looks more like what a baby excretes) deck I painted in Florida that will probably last forever with that color.
